Core Team
The people behind LZY Silicone (Dongguan Lvzhiyuan Crafts Co., Ltd.) — from mold design and business development to the workshop floor, and one very important dog.
Mr. Luo
Mr. Luo leads the factory and heads up mold technology. He guides the technical side of product design and owns every tooling decision — a custom project does not go to mold cutting until he has signed off on it. Away from the workshop, he heads a fishing club in Dongguan and spends most of his spare time by the water.
Jimy
Jimy runs business development and is usually the first person a new customer talks to — from the first inquiry through sampling, production updates and delivery. Long-term customers often deal with Jimy directly for years, which is exactly how the factory prefers to work.
Lucky
Lucky is the company mascot and the official model for new products. Fresh tag designs, collar fits and feeding mats all get a real-world test — chewed, pulled, splashed and napped on — before they are shown to customers. If Lucky approves it, it goes into the catalog.
Mr. Shi
Mr. Shi supervises the workshop and owns quality control from the first sample to the finished shipment. Every batch is checked against the approved drawing before it leaves the factory — the same standard whether an order is 500 pieces or 50,000.
