Custom Artwork & Design
Every OEM project starts with your idea. Send us a sketch, a reference photo, or an existing sample — our in-house design team converts it into a print-ready artwork file within 24-48 hours, free of charge. For complex shapes, our 3D modeling engineers build a digital mockup so you can preview the finished tag, bowl, or mat before any steel is cut. Pantone color matching, logo placement, and engraving layout are all reviewed and confirmed with you in writing before tooling begins.

In-House Mold Making
Once your artwork is approved, the project moves to our in-house toolroom. We design and CNC-machine the steel mold ourselves — no outsourcing, no markup from a third-party shop, no waiting on a vendor's queue. Standard silicone pet ID tag molds are tooled, polished, and tested in 7-10 days; complex multi-cavity bowl or mat molds in 10-15 days. You'll receive T1 samples by express courier for written approval before mass production begins.

Workshop Molding
Production runs in our Dongguan facility using compression molding for solid silicone tags and bowls, along with silicone dripping and other molding techniques for multi-color and decorative effects. Our 30 molding machines plus 10 units of 250-ton vulcanizing presses run daily shifts with a monthly output capacity of 800,000+ pieces, so whether your order is 300 custom tags or 300,000 slow-feeder mats, the lead time stays predictable.

Quality Inspection
Quality is built in, not inspected in at the end. Every production lot passes four inspection stages: incoming silicone material verification (FDA / LFGB / DGCCRF documentation on file), in-process dimensional checks during molding, 100% visual inspection of finished parts, and pre-shipment AQL sampling on hardness, color, and engraving legibility. Defective units are separated and never packed. The QC team reports directly to the factory manager, not to the production line — a structural separation that protects your order from time pressure.

Packaging & Dispatch
Your finished goods move to our packaging line where each piece is poly-bagged (default) or packed to your spec — OPP bag, PVC box, kraft paper pouch, blister pack, or retail-printed carton with your barcode and SKU. Private-label hangtags, care cards, and instruction leaflets are inserted at this stage so your shipment arrives retail-ready. Each export carton is labeled with your product code, quantity, net/gross weight, and HS code, ready for customs clearance on arrival.

International Shipping
We ship primarily to buyers across Europe and North America. For samples and small orders, DHL / FedEx / UPS delivers door-to-door in 5-7 days with full tracking. For bulk production orders, we offer FOB Shenzhen, CIF your-port, and DDP door-to-door terms with consolidated air or sea freight — your freight forwarder is welcome to book directly, or we handle it on your behalf. Export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, FDA / LFGB test certificates) are prepared in-house so your shipment clears customs without delay.
